This project was a class assignment for WEB 125 at Wake Tech. The objective was to create a mobile app for visitors to use while visiting the zoo. Providing additional information for animal exhibits, restaurants, gift shops, and restrooms.

The requirements for this project were the following:

• At least three levels deep
• Transitions between sections/pages
• Custom styling to have the overall look and feel of the main site

This was a final class project for WEB 140 at Wake Tech. The objective was to create a website for Florella a wholesale artificial flower company who are a business-to-business organization. The website would be used by their customers to purchase items and get inspired for new ideas. The flowers are the main attraction of this website and everything needs to be designed around them. Updated in 2018 using CSS Flexbox.

The requirements for this project were the following:

• Create between 4 - 6 separate web pages
• Create logo
• Consistent navigation, header, footer & color palette on all pages.
• Balance of text, graphics, & white space
• Contact form
• Embedded Google Map & Youtube video
• Social media icons

This project was part of Wes Bos's JavaScript30 30 Day Challenge using vanilla js. Completed for fun and coding practice. Using corresponding keys on the keyboard to play sounds that's associated with that key.

The requirements for this project were the following:

• Use of key code associated with keys
• Apply corresponding audio elements
• Use of HTML5 data attributes
• Use of JavaScript event listener key down

This was a final class project for WEB 260 at Wake Tech. The objective for this project was to create a working eCommerce website implementing the MVC (Model-View-Controller) design pattern for scalability and heightened security and using a database to create the product catalog.

The requirements for this project were the following:

• Functional modern e-commerce website
• Product catalog implemented via database with 30+ products
• Develop branding including banner images, tagline, color palette, & supporting images

This was a final class project for WEB 125 at Wake Tech. The objective was to create a mobile app providing residents with basic services to use while on the go.

The requirements for this project were the following:

• Mobile friendly navigation using jQuery including back & home buttons
• At least 6 - 10 functioning pages
• Same branding the site already employs
• Custom consistent stying
• Use PhoneGap to package Android app

This project was part of Wes Bos's JavaScript30 30 Day Challenge using vanilla js. Completed for fun and coding practice. The object was to create a whack a mole game using JavaScript to control the visibility of the moles.

The requirements for this project were the following:

• Create a JavaScript function to control the amount of time each mole is visible
• Create a JavaScript function for the moles to appear in random holes
• Create a JavaScript function using the MouseEvent to whack a mole when as it appears
• Create a JavaScript function for the scoreboard and time limit for each round that is played
• Create JavaScript onClick function to start the game

This project was part of Wes Bos's JavaScript30 30 Day Challenge using vanilla js. Completed for fun and coding practice. The objective was to use JavaScript to create a tip calculator to calculate the tip from three different percentages and splitting the tip by the number of people who will be splitting the bill. If your are not splitting the tip you can just enter 0 to calculate the tip amount.

Update in early 2019 using CSS Flexbox.

The requirements for this project were the following:

• Creat a HTML5 form
• Create input area for the bill amount and number of ways to split the tip
• Create selection drop down for the service quality with percentages from 5% to 30%
• Create button to calculate & return amount using Math.round function
• Create area to display the tip amount below the form
• Using JavaScript to control when to show & hide the calculated tip amount

This project was a class assignment for WEB 125 at Wake Tech. The objective was to create a responsive website for Carolina Trucking Academy using the content from their current website.

The requirements for this project were the following:

• HTML5 compliant
• Embedded fonts
• Use of rounded corners & box shadows
• Visually appealing with excellent UX for all devices

This project was for Erica Aitken, a graphic designer in San Cruz, California. The client wanted a way to showcase her professional and personal work. Developed from mockup provided by client with layout and color palette.

The requirements for this project were the following:

• WordPress website
• Separate pages for professional and personal work
• Lightbox to showcase work with descriptions
• Each page with a different banner image
• PDF links for publications and resume

This challenge is from Frontend Mentor. The objective was to build out a landing page and get it looking as close as possible to the design mockup. The files included for this challenge were a style-guide containing the color palette and fonts, a mobile design jpg, a desktop design jpg, and also a design for the hover states jpg.
